Building India's digital and cyber security talent pipeline

From a Pune training institute to a digital transformation partner for universities across Maharashtra.

Our journey

Fifteen years of closing the gap

Skills Factory started as a Pune-based training institute focused on one problem: India’s digital and cyber security education wasn’t keeping pace with the crimes and careers it was supposed to prepare people for.

Over the past 15 years that focus earned us accreditation from NASSCOM’s Sector Skill Council and a place in AICTE’s NEAT 2.0 initiative — and it opened the door to formal partnerships with Savitribai Phule Pune University, Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University and Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University.

Vision

To make government-approved, industry-relevant digital and cyber security education accessible to every university, institution and learner in India.

Mission

  • Deliver curriculum that’s accredited, current, and mapped to what employers and institutions actually need.
  • Put mentors with real industry experience in front of every learner.
  • Measure success by learner and institutional outcomes — not enrolment numbers alone.
